The lab testing, stated precisely
This is the brand's main differentiator, and it is worth describing accurately rather than in the shorthand the category usually uses.
On the mouth tape: independently tested to ISO 10993, with a skin irritation score of 0.0 out of 8.0 and a 0% skin reaction rate. The adhesive is a medical-grade formulation.
The nuance most write-ups miss: the ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing is on the adhesive, and was commissioned by the adhesive's manufacturer. The PFAS screen is on the finished tape. Both are more than most of the category publishes. Neither means "the whole tape was independently certified", and Titan's own lab-tested page is reasonably clear about the distinction.
On the nasal strips: the strips page carries the generic "third-party lab-tested" and "PFAS-free" claims. The detailed ISO 10993 and PFAS figures belong to the mouth tape and should not be attributed to the strips.

Where it is genuinely strong: publishing material testing at all puts it ahead of most of a category that publishes nothing, and the adhesive quality argument is real for anyone wearing something nightly for years rather than for a few nights with a cold.
